Triangle Offense Video!

Please watch this video. I think it's pretty good and shows all the passes that can be made in different situations. The triangles are the defense and the circles are the offense. Please watch it and know the positions! :D

I'd just like to write a post congratulating all the girls on our basketball team. Brilliant job to everyone! This is the first win we've ever had in HIS history! Great effort and keep up the good work, girls! :)

P.S. We are having a pizza lunch on Monday in Mr. Gumbay's classroom (Dec. 14, 2009). Meet there at 12:10 (The girl's basketball team).

Box Out!

Hey girls, this is a drill for practicing box out. Look at the video and notice that once the opponent shoots the ball (from 0:55), the defense turns around, looks at the basket, box out the opponent, and ready to get the rebound. Hopefully we get to practice this drill sometime during our trainings. :]


P.S. It's getting colder lately, hope everyone keeps warm so no one gets a cramp.
